Refund policy
Present Box Co does not accept refunds, exchanges or returns outside of the unlikely event a gift is damaged in transit. All products are quality checked before dispatch, and while we endeavour to deliver your product in perfect condition, what happens once the goods are shipped is unfortunately out of our control.
It is the customer's responsibility to inform Present Box if you have a problem with your purchase. Please contact us immediately via email: presentboxco@gmail.com if the item received is defective, damaged or an incorrect product has been sent. If the item you received is different to the one you have ordered, we will replace the incorrect product with the correct item. Due to the nature of our products some products will be unable to be returned or exchanged.
Should you have any problems relating to your purchase or its delivery, you must contact us within five business days of the delivery date. We will attempt to resolve your issue within a reasonable period. We cannot guarantee the resolution of issues brought to our attention after five business days.
In the unfortunate event of a delay or delivery issue, we will work with you to assist in resolving any issues that may be a result of a third party failure.
If you wish to request a refund due to damaged, defective or provision of an incorrect item, please outline the issue and order number in writing and attach photos of damaged/incorrect goods. Please email this information to: presentboxco@gmail.com. We will respond to your request within 48 hours.
What happens if my order is marked as delivered, but hasn’t been received by the recipient?
While we take enormous care, Present Box Co takes no responsibility for goods that are lost, damaged or stolen after delivery has occurred. However, don't hesitate to contact us immediately if a parcel is missing. Please provide your tracking number and order information. We will make appropriate inquiries as to the location of the order. Please email: presentboxco@gmail.com
Refund
Refunds and store credits will be issued at the discretion of Present Box Co. If we request an item be returned, we recommend using a tracked service, as we will not be liable for refunds/exchanges if goods are not returned. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
We do not provide a refund on sale items.
Cancellation
All cancellations of orders must be received no later than 48 hours prior to the order being packed. We do not accept cancellations once the order has been packed or has left our premises.
