Where do we deliver?
Present Box Co ships our gifts Australia-wide. International shipping can be arranged on special request.
When will my order be despatched?
If you order before 10:30 am Monday to Friday, your order will be packed and dispatched on the same day.
If you place your order after 10:30 am Monday to Friday, or on a weekend/public holiday, your order will be despatched on the following business day.
All gift boxes are subject to stock availability. If it's necessary to substitute an item due to unforeseen circumstances, Present Box Co guarantees such substitution will be of equal value. Our customer service team will contact you if this is the case.
How much does delivery cost?
- Standard Shipping Australia-wide: $10.00 per order.
- Express Shipping Australia-wide: $15.00 per order.

How long will it take to get my order delivered?
Present Box Co offers Standard and Express Shipping Australia-wide for all gift boxes. Select your preferred shipping at the checkout.
Shipping times are approximate:
- Standard Shipping Australia-wide: Allow 2-8 days delivery.
- Express Shipping Australia-wide: Allow 1-4 days.
Unfortunately we are currently unable to send to PO Boxes.
Delivery options are subject to change and will be updated on our website as changes occur.
Please note, we are not able to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day.
We make every endeavour to deliver your order by the requested date. However, Present Box Co takes no responsibility for delayed goods due to unforeseen circumstances. Due to varying courier routes, demand and traffic, specified delivery times can only be our best estimate as advised by the shipping company.
Late delivery does not constitute a failure on our behalf and does not entitle cancellation or refund of your order.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Currently, we are unable to offer a same-day delivery service. We hope to be able to soon.
What if I want to send multiple gift boxes to different people?
You will need to create separate orders with separate delivery addresses.
Alternatively, we could ship all gift boxes to your address and you can personally deliver them to your special people.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your gift as it wings its way to the lucky recipient.

Can I change the delivery address?
If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please email us immediately at:
presentboxco@gmail.com
Unfortunately, if the parcel has already been dispatched from our office, we cannot change the address mid-delivery.
Please note that if our courier needs to re-deliver the parcel due to the recipient not being home on the delivery day or an incorrect delivery address and we cannot leave it at the door, a re-delivery will be charged. This cost is subject to delivery area. Our customer service team will contact you if this is the case.
What happens if my order is marked as delivered but hasn’t been received by the recipient?
While we take enormous care, Present Box Co takes no responsibility for goods that are lost, damaged or stolen after delivery has occurred.
If a package has been delivered to a concierge or reception desk at the address specified we cannot be held responsible for the recipient receiving the gift.
In the unfortunate event of a delay or delivery issue, we will work with you to assist in resolving any issues that may be
a result of a third party failure.
Don't hesitate to contact us immediately if your parcel seems to be missing in transit. Please provide your tracking number and order information. We will make appropriate inquiries as to the location of the parcel.

Cancellations
All cancellations of orders must be received no later than 48 hours prior to the order being packed. We do not accept cancellations once the order has been packed or has left our premises.
Resolutions
It is your responsibility to inform Present Box Co if you have a problem with your purchase.
Should you have any problems relating to your purchase or its delivery, please contact us within five days of delivery. We will attempt to resolve your issue within a reasonable period. We cannot guarantee the resolution of issues brought to our attention after these five days.
